Het Jutland
van Europa ligt in de Pyreneën, en het heet Canfranc Estacion. Het is
het grootste station in Europa.
Er komen 4 treinen per dag en in de aankomsthal zitten overal stickers van
de TGV, die nooit zal komen.
In Holland
we are afraid to become like Jutland, the dead end of Europe. Here in the
Pyrenees just south of Lourdes, France,
this terror is all too visible: It's Europe's biggest train station ever.
But each day only 4 trains leave these platforms.
The arrivals hall is covered with stickers announcing the TGV (the French
highspeed train) that will never arrive here.
